Charming weekend getaway
Cool converted space-perfect for our weekend getaway. Clean & a convenient location loaded with amenities-bikes, fire pods, private patios. Jocelyn also provided beach towels, chairs & beach umbrella. Loved this space!
Retreat Within
We stayed at the new ‘retreat within’ two bedroom suite. It was absolutely gorgeous and very well stocked. It was conveniently located on red arrow highway which is the The local main highway that takes you up and down along with the wine trail and to the beaches. Even though it is directly off of this small local highway the traffic noise is not a nuisance and is quiet at night time. This rental property is still undergoing updates and construction but does not impede on your stay. There is a cute shared outdoor space that we did not get to use due to the torrential downpour. The kitchen was beautiful and while stocked with coffee, tea, coffee maker, waffle maker, toaster, oven, stove top, mixing bowls, silverware, plates. There was a spacious large sour and a nice soaker tub as well. The beds were very comfortable. I loved the Smart TV and being able to sign in to our streaming devices. Highly recommend if you plan on coming and staying.
Oasis
This property is quite and relaxing. Right in the middle of many different fun things to do. Going to the beach or wine tastings we enjoyed a beautiful fall weekend on the porch relaxing. Everything you need is there. Make it so easy to travel. Would stay there again.
Nice GetAWay
The property is modern, newly renovated. Has many amenities and is very close to many beaches, small fun towns & food. We took our toddler to get away for the weekend and it was perfect. I loved the outdoor space, hot tub (shared with a few other rentals but never seen another person) and loved the soaking tub. Greeted nicely with lots of info! Could not get the fireplace to turn on and the key was a little “sticky” but neither took away from our amazing trip

Beautiful place to stay
We had such a great time staying here. The space was not only beautiful but functional. My favorites were the gorgeous bathrooms and the convenient laundry. Jocelyn was so attentive and communication was above average.
Great new studio unit
Newly renovated studio unit. Very well done. Backyard area is lovely, wooded with several seating areas and grill. Close to bike paths. Short drive to beach. Owner is very friendly and makes herself available for any questions or needs. Great choice for a couple looking to stay in the Union Pier area.
Amazing property
We had a great stay at this property. We loved the layout of the apartment and our kids (ages 10 and 8) really enjoyed their bedroom with the bunkbeds and sliding doors. We used the kitchen for a few meals, and it was so nice to have a big fridge and freezer. Nice hot showers with great water pressure in both bathrooms. The location is perfect. We were there during a hot August week- started off each day early at one of the nearby beaches, chilled out in the apartment in the A/C in the afternoons, and went back out into New Buffalo or to a local brewery in the evenings. And finally, Jocelyn is terrific- it makes such a difference to rent from someone so accommodating and available. We will definitely be returning!
Just Wonderful
Jocelyn is a terrific host, friendly, super responsive and informative. The property is new, clean and comfortable, nice bathrooms, good linens and towels, well stocked cooking pots and utensils. We had a great time and look forward to a return visit. Thanks Jocelyn.
Cute place, great location
Our mid-fall stay was wonderful! It was definitely like a hotel room PLUS – comfy bed, ample room, a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave and all the stuff to make your stay comfortable. The outside area was wonderful – mini-private fire pits/places with plenty of seating and dry firewood for use. Jocelyn was great – check in was easy and she checked in as needed to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay great. Will be back!

This loft-style space was great! Very family friendly and Jocelyn was extremely accommodating.
Fantastic Location!!!
Jocelyn was the best host we’ve ever had. She has put so much effort into the decor and maintenance and it’s immaculate! She met us on arrival with a full packet of information about local information and maps, and she went over it with us. The studio condo was gorgeous! We were so pleasantly surprised! The pictures don’t do it justice! The patio opened to a common area with the hot tub, fire pit areas stocked with wood, s’mores sticks, and umbrellas, and bikes for resident use. It was absolutely beautifully decorated and so clean! The room itself had an earthy elegant flair. The kitchenette was so useful. The shower was amazing; great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The Wi-Fi worked well and the TV had all streaming channels. We had such a great time, balancing sightseeing and beaches with downtime enjoying the patio and common areas. The location is central to 4 beaches, with New Buffalo Beach being our favorite. Jocelyn recommended restaurants and in New Buffalo, about 15 minutes away (the farthest of them all), we found shops, restaurants, a marina, and a fabulous beach! Jocelyn provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and a small cooler, for which we were incredibly grateful! The state park was only 3 miles away, and there were two small beaches within a mile away, but we definitely loved New Buffalo the best! We weren’t ready to come home after a weekend stay! We will definitely go back and can’t wait until the next visit!
Pure Michigan
Property was perfect location the room was great, everything worked, clean and beautiful. Only things might look into get some local stations for viewing not everyone streams and large tub but water needs to be hotter and adjustment for pressure. Might want to mention bed height in listing could be too high for older couple. Would use again Thanks
Cute place!
This place was so cute. The outdoor area was perfect. We loved the hot tub access and the fire place areas. I loved how close to the smaller beaches it was. Jocelyn was quick to answer if we had a question and overall it was a great stay! I’m gonna try to book again for a girls trip!
Peaceful Retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Withinn. Jocelyn welcomed us and was very helpful with any questions we had. Beautiful decor and loved the hot tub! Highly recommended!
Clean and homey home away from H
My wife and I stayed here for a mini honeymoon and absolutely loved it. The place was very clean and well furnished. The back patio was also a nice touch and allowed for bonfires. The location is great and close to downtown New Buffalo and close to many beaches. The owner of the property is also very welcoming, nice and helpful and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and visit. We would highly recommend this place!

My husband and I had a little weekend for our anniversary. This was the perfect little retreat for us. Jocelyn was so friendly & available for any of your wants. She recommended many places for us to eat & beaches to hang out at. Great location, clean & cozy studio.
Ladies Weekend
The place was super clean and we’ll stocked with everything we needed! Close to the beach, Swedish bakery and a few great dining options. It was so nice to sit outside in the back yard and relax in one of the pods as well.Jocelyn was so accommodating and welcoming, it was such a friendly and warm experience- highly recommend!
